New Construction/Renovations Design Build Repairs

Planning to build a new home or a remodeling project can be frustrating and overwhelming. Andover Equity Builders has the experience to make it a much more pleasant time. We will provide you with a quality experience from conception through occupancy permit. Each customer is unique to us. We do not "cookie cutter" any of our services. New Construction/Renovations

When providing new construction services, Andover Equity Builders takes the following steps to ensure your satisfaction:

Pre bid meeting: your architectural plans, the job site and your ideas are reviewed
Submission of a bid: you will receive an estimated cost of the build
Acceptance of a bid: a contract will be signed by both you and the owner of Andover Equity Builders
Pre construction meeting: your job will be reviewed on site with the Project Manager, Site Foreman and the Estimator
Permit retrieval: government agency permits and approvals will be obtained
Schedule development: an overall schedule of your project will be provided
Construction according to plans
Clean up of the job site
Occupancy permits obtained

During this process you can be assured that there will be a qualified and licensed Site Foreman at your site. He or she will ensure the quality and safety of the work being done. The Site Foreman is your liaison between Andover Equity Builders, the subcontractors and you.

Design Build

When a customer has an idea for a project, but does not have an architect to design the plans, Andover Equity Builders can provide "Design Build" services. The customer benefits when both the design and the construction of their project are handled by one company. According to the Design Build Association of America, the benefits to be gained in establishing a well-designed and managed Design-Build process include the following:

The Design Build process mirrors the New Construction Process with the addition of meeting with our design team and approval of the plans.

The great New England nor'easters can blow down a tree that has grown just a little too close to your home. Or perhaps it is the flooding that has caused water damage to your finished basement. Added to these problems is filling out insurance claims. You can see why some people feel like they are living in a nightmare! You just want the repairs done and life to get back to normal. When providing repairs to your home, Andover Equity Builders takes the following steps:

Pre proposal meeting when the job site and your ideas are reviewed
If required, contact will be made with your insurance agency and all documents will be filed.
Submission of a proposal to you and your insurance agency for approval.
Acceptance of a bid where a contract will be signed by you, your insurance agency and the owner of Andover Equity Builders
Pre construction meeting when your repair will be reviewed on site with the Project Manager, Site Foreman and the Estimator
Permit retrieval where government agency permits and approvals will be obtained if necessary
Development of an overall schedule of your project will be provided
Construction according to plans
Clean up of the job site
Occupancy permits obtained if necessary
